Review :
You know what these movies do right?
They're ridiculous, they know it, and they don't give a damn what you think. In point of fact, they prefer if you don't think.

Let's get one thing straight, I am a huge fan of the game series. I own Resident Evil 1-5, and I'm probably going to buy 6 soon. I am fully aware that these movies deviate from the games in every way, but for some reason I still love them. They're dumb, stupid fun.

Resident Evil is actually a great movie in and of itself. It's suspenseful, and well made. I appreciate the fact that zombies and other monsters aren't introduced till late in the movie.

Resident Evil: Apocalypse is actually my favorite of the bunch. It's a good action movie, and I think they really captured Nemesis. Great movie, and awesome action.

Resident Evil: Extinction is a little slow, but is ultimately a good movie. The story of this series has never been cohesive, but the plot of this one in particular is just ridiculous. At this point the movies...
Love Milla Jovovich
Great pack love that they all come in their own cases! We have watched them all over and over! Worth the money

At this price, I feel like a thief. Great film series for the price of one 3D Blu-Ray.
5 films for the price of one 3D blu-ray film. It is a steal. I only paid $29.99 at the time and it was something I was not about to pass up considering I enjoyed the RE films. People who are not hardcore RE fans may not enjoy these films as much because knowing the games allows the viewer to pick out little nostalgic pieces they threw into the films that were shown in the video games. The quality of the blu-rays are outstanding though. If you enjoyed the films or are simply a die-hard RE fan, get this. At this price, no matter what, you won't be disappointed.

This kind of thing gives surpass the prospect, that one has developed into a wonderfull upgrade on personally, The idea came safely as well as quickly Jesse Stone: Benefit of the Doubt

The chief is back on the job. When a shocking double homicide rocks the quiet town of Paradise, Stone is forced back into action. His police department nearly emptied of staff, he has to rely on his expert intuition to sort through a maze of misleading clues as he attempts to unravel the mysterious murders. Kathy Baker, Gloria Reuben, Robert Carradine, Saul Rubinek and William Devane co-star in this thrilling installment, based upon characters created in Robert B. Parker's Jesse Stone books.Tom Selleck's trademark rumpled charisma continues to pay huge dividends in this eighth adaptation of Robert Parker's mystery series, focusing on the beleaguered small-town police chief Jesse Stone. Picking up where the previous installment Innocents Lost left off, the story begins with the forcibly retired Stone spinning his wheels in the Massachusetts town of Paradise, pursuing a tentative relationship with an aspiring singer (Gloria Reuben) while trying to resist his old self-destructive tendencies. When his replacement on the force meets an explosive end, however, Stone finds himself back in the game. Selleck, who wrote the script with Michael Brandman, wears this role like a just-right shoe, portraying his character's stubbornness and reluctant heroism in a fashion that does full justice to the late Parker's literary blueprint. His charm, combined with the presence of old pros such as Saul Rubinek, Kathy Baker, and Stephen McHattie, make for an enjoyable reminder of the pleasures of a long-running detective series, where the resolution of the mystery isn't half as important as the interactions between the people tasked to solve it. On the debit side, the familiarity between the characters can sometimes feel a little too comfortable, with a meandering middle act that occasionally succumbs to a case of the cutes. (Even the biggest dog lovers in the world may find their patience tried by the number of reaction shots given to Jesse's trusty pooch.) Fortunately, the whodunit aspect finishes strong, with series director Robert Harmon (who also helmed the splattery '80s horror classic The Hitcher) wringing a surprising amount of tension out of the cat-and-mouse climax set on an abandoned ship. By the time Benefit of the Doubt comes to a close, it's difficult not to wish for further obstacles to be placed in Stone's path, as soon as possible. There's nothing wrong with a formula, provided it's a good one. --Andrew Wright

Lake Placid Vs. Anaconda On Sale

Description : This Lake Placid Vs. Anaconda does fantastic, simple to use and change. The price of this is lower compered to other locations we explored, and not a lot more as compared to equivalent item

This unique thing delivers surpass the anticipation, this one has become a fantastic buy for personally, The theory appeared securely along with speedily Lake Placid Vs. Anaconda

Anacondas large enough to crush an SUV. Crocodiles strong enough to leap onto speedboats. When they're not hunting for human prey, they're more than willing to tkae on each other. Get ready for a non-stop bloodbath unlike anything you've seen before in this heart-pounding battle between mutated crocodiles and genetically engineered anacondas. Packed with hot sorority girls, big guns, and jaws massive enough to swallow a human in one bite, this is one screaming good time!

Review :
THIS IS REALLY STARTING TO GET DISGUSTING
The film is what one would expect if you have seen the other features, although that isn't necessary to understand the plot. Robert Englund and Yancy Butler have survived the last feature to be in this one, in fact Yancy Butler was in at least the last two of these. It smartly combines this series with the last Anaconda film where they look for the Blood Orchid for an immortality serum which involves our genetically altered anaconda who needed genes from the croc. Sarah Murdoch (Annabel Wright) is the daughter of Murdoch (John Rhys-Davies) of the Anaconda series.

There is no Lake Placid in this film. It is Black Lake and Clear Lake and it is filmed in Bulgaria so go figure. So we have mega crocs and mega anacondas on the lake as police are out to kill them, a private corporation is out to extract them, and Delta Phi Beta sorority is holding initiations in bikinis, tops optional.

One great sex scene. 3 1/2 stars for the cheese.

Robert Englund will show you how to steal the show in a Syfy monster attack movie
This movie is so bad it's awesome. Every time the crocodiles appear they look like they're laughing it up. The cgi between the snakes and the crocs varied throughout the movie. And by pure accident, the mutated snakes were given character development which made them more menacing. I can't say the same for any of the human actors, except for Robert Englund. The final scene before cutting to end credits had me cheering.

Another cheesy B horror flick for the devoted fans
This is exactly what u expect to see.
it belong to the horror sub-genre a monster vs another monster like freddy vs jason.....etc.....etc....
this time we get a giant crocodile against a giant anaconda and the result is hilarius.
this has nothing to do with the original lake placid and anaconda series as it's really a stand alone film.
the usual problem is this flick is a direct to video so don't expect great cgi and also don't expect great plot and acting....LOL
BUT u get a great as always freddy = robert englund and a bunch of nice fights between the two monsters and people get in the mix and between the fight so the cheesy fun u want is a guarrantee but that's that.
if u are in to these films then add this to your collection.

Paul Blart: Mall Cop Promo Offer

Description : This kind of Paul Blart: Mall Cop works great, simple to use and modify. The price for is was much lower when compared with other locations My spouse and i explored, and not far more compared to related merchendise

This specific item delivers exceeded own prospect, this one has chaned into a fantastic buy for personally, The idea appeared correctly and also swiftly Paul Blart: Mall Cop

In Columbia Pictures' comedy Paul Blart: Mall Cop, Kevin James stars as the title character, a single, suburban dad, trying to make ends meet as a security officer at a New Jersey mall. Though no one else takes his job seriously, Paul considers himself on the front lines of safety. When a heist shuts down the megaplex, Jersey's most formidable mall cop will have to become a real cop to save the day.Attention, shoppers: Former King of Queens star Kevin James makes the successful leap to big screen leading man with this Die Hard meets Home Alone slapstick comedy produced by Adam Sandler. In his most empathetic role since his endearing scene-stealing turn in Hitch, James (who also co-wrote the script) stars as biggest loser Paul Blart, a 10-year veteran of the West Orange, New Jersey shopping mall, where he gets no respect from taunting kids who pelt him with ball pit orbs, or a senior who brazenly violates Bart's strictly enforced speed limit in his motorized wheelchair. The film is slow to get rolling as it lays on the pathos as thick as the peanut butter the lonely, overweight and socially awkward Blart spreads on his pies ("Food fills the cracks in he heart," he tells his mother). But then, a band of cycling, skateboarding thieves presumably recruited from the X games take over the mall on so-called Black Friday, the busiest holiday season shopping day. Blart is "untrained, unarmed, and presents a huge target," but, like a plus-size John McClane on a Segway, he is the wild card determined to stop them and rescue his unrequited crush (Jayma Mays) who has been taken hostage. James carries the film on his massive shoulders (the supporting cast is strictly discount outlet, with comedian Adam Ferrara as a sympathetic cop and Bobby Cannavale from Will & Grace and Third Watch as a bullying SWAT team leader the most familiar faces). He proves himself to be an impressively agile physical comedian and he's game for every body slam, pratfall, and tumble. Rated PG for mild violence, a few profanities, and a couple of gross-out gags, Paul Blart: Mall Cop is less crude than previous Sandler productions, more The Benchwarmers than Deuce Bigalow. --Donald Liebenson

Aw, isn't there room in this world anymore for a big, affable lug?
This movie is getting a surprising amount of hate and I don't know why. There is very little in the way of violence, even less in the way of sex and even the gross-out jokes are kept way below what is usually the minimum level for comedies lately. The bad guys get around the mall with mountain bikes, skate boards and by utilizing some impressive parkour moves. Clearly this movie was meant for the PG crowd and in that it succeeds. It's a nice clean family comedy that everyone can attend and enjoy. There were lots of families in the theater when I saw this movie and they all seemed to have a pretty good time. They laughed and giggled and there was very little of the bored chatter you hear sometimes at kids/family movies.

I was thinking a little about the John Candy movie Summer Rental after I saw this. Candy played a few different roles in films before he did Summer Rental but that movie is where you see the classic John Candy affable lug character that kind of served as a...
Pretty clean humor, and better than I thought it would be
I had my reservations going in to see this one, but it was surprisingly funny and didn't have to use much gross-out, potty humor or profanity that seems to be pervading many comedies these days in attempts to humor people. Instead, there was more slapstick style humor, and while it is the classic lovable loser meets girl scenario (except at the mall) and has its predictable moments, over all it was a pretty decent comedy.

King of Queens star Kevin James plays Paul Blart, a long time mall security guard who is a bit lonely in life because of failed relationships. When he sees a beautiful woman working in the mall, he tries to figure out a way to connect with her, but his awkwardness gets in the way of his progress. Training a new mall security guard isn't what it seems to be, as this supposed high school dropout turns out to be the brains behind a massive robbery and hostage situation. It is up to Paul Blart, the only one who takes his job too seriously, to try and save the...
I laughed...does that make me a bad person?
Given the large numbers of people who referred to this silly little movie as one of the worst ever, I wonder where we draw the line between critical assessment and pure gut reaction in forming our opinions of entertainment. What separates Step Brothers, which I hated, from Mall Cop, which I enjoyed? Why did this movie work whereas Funny People, another more critically received Sandler project, disappointed me?
There is little original in the story, there are the predictable credibility issues (young attractive girl falls for shleppy overweight loser - oh, what hath Seth Rogen wrought?), and there's Sandler's penchant for schlocky 80s pop music touchstones that buddy Kevin James is borrowing, but still I found myself laughing out loud during much of this movie even when I saw the gag coming from a mile away. Either my opinion isn't worth squat or the reviewers who tore this movie to shreds need to lighten up. Or maybe neither. Maybe individual taste is just too complex to figure...

Review :
Great movie finally remastered
This is a really fun, fun movie. It's not the beat all of science fiction as it was hyped when it was released, but it certainly is a good combination high adventure, situation comedy, cyberpunk, and Bruce Willis gun fighting action. Doesn't make sense? Don't worry. I'll explain.

High adventure comes from the plot: save the earth from evil by finding some mystic items and a perfect human before the appointed zero hour. That much is obvious. Cyberpunk explains in a way the setting of the futuristic urban scenes, which are fantastically portrayed in this movie. All of the settings and technology were impressive as well as stylish. The special effects were well above average and in many scenes very impressive, but a situation comedy? You got it. I won't get into the details. I will say there are quite a few scenes that involve the kind of subplots you find in sitcoms. This is a good thing by the way. A lesser movie would mess this up. Director Luc Besson made all of these...
Wild, Giddy Space Opera...
The story goes that director Luc Besson began writing THE FIFTH ELEMENT in his teens, incorporating all the Sci-Fi elements he loved into one over-the-top, grand space opera...sort of an "E.E. 'Doc' Smith 'Skylark' Meets Flash Gordon and Barbarella" hybrid with sex, intergalactic action, and even some pseudo-religious overtones tossed in...in other words, a teenage daydream come true! Critics panned the end result for this very reason, sneering at Bruce Willis' Earth-saving (yet again!) Korben Dallas, and Besson's then-girlfriend, clothing-optional Milla Jovovich, as the innocent demigod, Leeloo.

The critics were wrong!

THE FIFTH ELEMENT is, in the best sense of the word, a classic 'B' movie, a space opera where a prologue vaguely similar to STARGATE leads to a future Earth where traffic jams occur thirty stories above the ground, humanity is ruled by beefy 'Tiny' Lister Jr., and where the Ultimate Evil is served by everyone's favorite villain, Gary Oldman,...
How to tell the difference between the old and the remastered
"how can you tell the difference between the old and new packaging?" It's a good question because outside of a few minor visual clues there's nothing obvious that really separates the discs from one another, at least not until you know what to look for. First off the new disc has a TrueHD logo on the back, the original obviously didn't. The security tape across the top of the disc case reads "FIFTH ELEMENT, THE RMSTD BD" on the new version, the catalog number on the spine of the re-master is 21520, the originals catalog number was 15018 and lastly the bottom border (front cover) area that contains the "Experience High Definition" slogan is set against a silver/foil background on the re-master versus a flat gray border on the original.

This specific subject delivers exceeded the anticipation, this place has turned into a fantastic buy for myself personally, The idea appeared properly and speedily Justified: Season 4

The Emmy® Award-winning Justified returns for its fourth season with U.S. Marshall Raylan Givens (Timothy Olyphant) picking at the thread of a cold case over 30 years in the making and unraveling a riddle that echoes all the way back to his boyhood and his criminal father’s bad dealings. Meanwhile, Boyd Crowder (Walton Goggins) finds his own criminal grip on Harlan County loosening due to a Pentecostal preacher with a penchant for theatrics and a knack for manipulation. Developed by Graham Yost, Justified is based on the works of crime novelist Elmore Leonard, including Leonard’s short story “Fire in the Hole.”

Review :
Could this be the best season yet for JUSTIFIED?
Over the last several years, FX has been the preeminent basic cable station for original programming. Shows like NIP/TUCK, THE SHIELD, RESCUE ME, LOUIE, TERRIERS and newer shows like THE AMERICANS have been showcasing some of the best that television has to offer as far as more mature storytelling and shows that don't treat you like you're not an intelligent carbon-based life form (of course, there is the occasional ANGER MANAGEMENT, but no channel is perfect). Then there's JUSTIFIED, resting at the top of the heap, swaggering confidently like U.S. Marshal Raylan Givens (the brilliant Timothy Olyphant), taking no crap from anyone or anything and defying other shows to knock it down. And with the show completing its fourth season, it still proves that it's the show to beat.

The fourth season begins with Givens, knowing that he and his ex-wife Winona (Natalie Zea) have a baby on the way, is looking to supplement his income by doing what he does best: catching fugitives...
Best Season Yet of Justified
While the Raylan Givens character makes the Justified world go round, I have to comment on Boyd Crowder. This has been a brilliantly played role from the beginning. As the childhood best friend and shadow to Givens, Crowder absolutely holds his own and then some. The second son of a local criminal Boss who did time in prison and came back born again, he is riveting. The episodes in which Crowder loses his faith were some of the best TV ever. Crowder has courage and, yes, decency, that plays off Givens role brilliantly. Now, firmly ensconced as the local criminal boss, when Crowder tells the rich criminal elite in his neighborhood that their lives might make them criminals, it doesn't make them outlaws--Crowder is the Outlaw--he takes his place alongside Clyde Barrow, Bonnie Parker, and the Sundance Kid as one of the best, most fascinating, most well written outlaw characters in movie/TV history.

TV Does Not Get Any Better UPDATE
Justified has been one of the premier programs on television for 3 season and going into the 4th season it show no signs of letting up on quality or entertainment value. The characters are interesting (if not sometimes conflicted) and each week you are left with a "OH NO, it's over until next week!". It is that good and trying to figure out what comes next is usually an exercise in futility and frustration, the writers for this show are top shelf talent.

UPDATE: 20 MAR 2013 - The first 3 Seasons of Justified are now FREE if you have Amazon Prime, best deal in Instant Video TV in years.

This specific subject Offer exceeded out anticipation, that one has developed into a amazing buy for myself, The thought showed up securely as well as quickly The Amazing Spider-Man 2 (Blu-ray/DVD/UltraViolet Combo Pack)

It’s great to be Spider-Man (Andrew Garfield). For Peter Parker, there’s no feeling quite like swinging between skyscrapers, embracing being the hero, and spending time with Gwen (Emma Stone). But being Spider-Man comes at a price: only Spider-Man can protect his fellow New Yorkers from the formidable villains that threaten the city. With the emergence of Electro (Jamie Foxx), Peter must confront a foe far more powerful than himself. And as his old friend, Harry Osborn (Dane DeHaan), returns, Peter comes to realize that all of his enemies have one thing in common: Oscorp.

Review :
The Amazing Spider-man 2: Complex, Mature, Emotional, and worth every minute of your time
I will never understand the hatred this movie has accumulated, not because there are FAR worse superhero films out there, but because The Amazing Spider-man 2 is an honest-to-God outstanding exploration of the themes of abandonment and hope that has fantastic character arcs, stunning action sequences, and a great narrative that's surprisingly complex in its structure.

In this sequel to the also-underappreciated "The Amazing Spider-man," Andrew Garfield and Emma Stone return as Peter Parker and Gwen Stacy, respectively, and, once again, their chemistry lights up every scene with joy, honesty, and love (it doesn't hurt that they're actually dating in real life). Peter is having difficulties adjusting to his life of happiness with Gwen as his girlfriend given that he had promised to honor her dying father, Captain George Stacy (played by Dennis Leary), and his last request to keep her out of his life for fear that she would suffer the violence Peter attracts as Spider-man...
Disappointing, but I know I'll still watch the next one...
I really liked the first Andrew Garfield Spider Man movie, better than the Tobey Maguire ones. This really seemed half-efforted, though. The villains were created too easily without much provocation and they just weren't very believable. I don't blame the actors for this. Foxx and Dehaan are great actors, but the story seemed slapped together to milk the franchise for more money. Overall, I was a little disappointed, but I would recommend seeing it if only to know important story points for the sequels.

Not amazing, slightly amusing.
Electro was the main bad guy in this, but was underdeveloped and glossed over as a character. Not because they introduce two other bad guys (and it really was just intros, not the overwhelming bad guy fest people complain about), but because too much time is spent on other equally underdeveloped plot points. Not sure if the studio got its fingers into this too much or what, but the writing here is awful and there was as much emotion in it as a piece of stale bread. Definitely not like the more unified vision shown in the first of this reboot series, but rather a bucket of mixed ideas slopped out onto the screen. A couple great, some decent, but most pretty bad. Even many of the effects looked so fake they take you right out of the fantasy. Still watchable, though. But mostly just to stay up to speed to know what's going on by the next film...which we hope finds its center.

Beautiful and merciless
Nine Things About the Movie "Fury" (USA, 2014)

1. One of the best movies of the year, this is a film that lives up to it’s name. It is a bitter, gorgeous, violent, post-patriotic, post-moral examination of war.

2. Set in Germany during the last month of WWII, it’s about a group of five men and their Sherman tank. A rookie typist is randomly selected to join the crew when one of the five is killed. He is a gentle and religious man, and the movie follows him as the war warps and destroys everything he has believed about the world and about himself.

3. I’ve never seen a war movie focused on tank divisions before, so the battle scenes are not the typical “run up the hill and shoot the bad guy” scenarios we are used to. The fighting is chaotic, suspenseful, and yes, furious.

4. Between the war scenes are battles of a different sort, as each member of the crew tries to maintain their sanity, if not their...
Closest to the Reality of Horror more than any other WWII film that I have seen
FURY is incredible. This film that brings WWII closest to the reality of horror more than any other film that I have seen. There is no glory here, simply a sense of despair and imminent death in more horrible ways that can be imagined. You don't live, you don't survive, you just exist in a war. That is what kept going through my mind. FURY is an experience. I kept having flashbacks of my friend who served in the 1st Infantry division in WWII from Casablanca all the way through to Czechoslovakia. We spent many coffee breaks together and he told me many things he saw and witnessed. He told me how he felt and how others felt and acted. I saw a lot of what he said about war in FURY. I cannot explain it, but this movie hit home. I just saw it at the theater and wanted to write about it. There is one scene in the film that is just so realistic, and that is when the replacement who has only had 8 weeks of training is assigned to Brad Pitt's crew. He has a meltdown in the tank and the words...
This TIGER was real and the 88mm.....devastating..!
After just seeing the film opening day in theaters I am already anxious to get the BluRay DVD. The movie was gut wrenching and excellent. After more than 50 years of being a WWII Historian with emphasis on Armor, someone has finally made "The Tank Movie" of all time. Also, the film goes down in history for having the first REAL German Tiger 1 ever seen live in film history. The Tiger 131 can be seen all over YouTube at the Bovington Tank Museums Tank Fest. Movie theaters do play the sound painfully loud and that only made the experience more gut wrenching. To have the new recliner seats in theaters today literally vibrating from the concussions certainly didn't help. I think what makes it worse for an Armor buff and WWII enthusiast is knowing the details and weapons capabilities of that period. Just hearing the word Panzerfaust makes one cringe. They certainly portrayed the statistics right in needing 4 - 5 Shermans to overwhelm one Tiger. I also have a new found...
